Wire transfer / SWIFT
A simple payment processing option for payments that won't require to provide credit card numbers or personal information. Fast and secure payment method.
If you choose a pay by bank transfer payment method on the checkout page, we'll email you an invoice to complete your payment. You can pay the invoice by your preferred payment method. Payment details and instructions are located directly on the invoice.
We can issue invoice for Paypal payments.
Orders are processed after you click the Complete Purchase during the checkout process. Once your order is processed:
- Downloadable software will be made available within 24 hours after purchase. Usually 1-3 hours.
- Items on DVD discs will be shipped Monday through Friday during business hours within 3-5 days after purchase.

Downloading an Item
After purchasing a digital file, you’ll receive a download link where you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.
We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from payment processing gateway.
Airmail / Postage / Courier
We currently ship worldwide. All customers must be able to provide a valid shipping address and resident to where the parcel is to be sent to. A full breakdown of the shipping details, which include the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
Please be advised all international parcels are subject to review by the customs agency of the destination country and the addressee is liable for any additional customs charges which may be incurred.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the order details are correct. This information cannot be amended or changed once confirmed. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct which include the name, complete door number, street name and postcode. We do not hold liability for parcel delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order.
