The notification must include the following: 

  • An email address, physical address or phone number so that we can contact you. 

  • A clear and complete description of your work that you believe has been infringed.

  • The URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing work.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.

  • The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative of the copyright owner. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name (not that of a company) at the bottom of your notification.

  2. After you proceed to checkout, create your customer account if you are a new customer. If you are a returning customer, sign into your customer account to proceed with your order.
  3. Submit your order and wait for a confirmation email. If you want to pay by Paypal you will be redirected to the online payment gateway. If you want to pay by bank transfer or other payment system you will receive payment instructions to your email.
  4. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. A download link will be sent to your registered email address and can also be found within the order details in your account area on the website. If you order a physical copy of digital product (CD or DVD), the product will be dispatched by post or courier within 3-5 days after payment confirmed.

Activation keys:

Activation key is required for some programs. The activation key is used during software installation to "unlock" it. When you install or reinstall such programs, you are prompted to enter the activation key. This key is unique for each computer. To obtain your activation key you should send us the request. The request must contain your order number, request code and/or other information (if needed). We will respond with valid activation key or key-file on the same or next day.
